Well what a great night everyone had at the Summer Ball in aid of Woodlands Hospice. Just to say thank you to everyone who came along to support this event, which benefits patients, relatives and carers.
I am organising next year's Summer Ball Dinner Dance, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary. The event is taking place on Saturday 5 July 2014 at Formby Hall Golf Club & Spa. Starting with a Drinks Reception this years event is "James Bond Theme - Casino Royale". There will be a chance for you to roll the dice at the casino table. There will also the opportunity to have your photograph taken alongside a car which has been in the films. Something magical will be happening at your table.
The evenings entertainment with be the sensational singer Steve Fletcher who appeared in Brookside. He is not to be missed. There will be a dance demonstration to the music of James Bond. Along with music from DJ John who always plays the best music for the disco.
Tables are being booked so if you want to come along and require a table which will be named after James Bond movie let me know. The event is a night to remember and will be black tie and a surprise for the best dressed lady on the night.
